Lifestyle concierge scope
Our luxury concierge service is the lifestyle counterpart to our investment concierge mandate. While the investment concierge focuses on the property portfolio, the luxury concierge takes care of the daily lifestyle: yacht acquisition and crew, private aviation, staffing (housekeeper, chef, security, driver), event organisation, art transport, school logistics and travel planning.
Yacht and marine
We coordinate yacht acquisition (new or pre-owned), berth allocation at Marina de Calpe, Marina Greenwich Altea, Marina Dénia, Marina de Moraira and Real Club de Regatas Alicante, crew recruitment (captain, mate, chef, stewards), provisioning and itinerary planning between Costa Blanca, Ibiza, Mallorca and Côte d'Azur.
Private aviation
Alicante (ALC) handles private jet operations directly with no constraints on slot availability for HNW clients. We coordinate aircraft management, jet card programmes, charter bookings, FBO services and customs/immigration. For longer distances, Valencia (VLC) and Barcelona (BCN) are alternative options.
Domestic staffing
We recruit, vet, train and manage household staff including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, butlers, security personnel and drivers. All staff are background-checked, contracted under Spanish labour law (or international contracts when applicable), and managed under a payroll service we coordinate.
Events and lifestyle
Birthday celebrations, anniversary dinners, corporate retreats, themed parties at the villa or at premium venues across Costa Blanca. We arrange Michelin-star catering, professional sommeliers, entertainment, security and logistics. Our event team coordinates 30–40 events per year for our concierge clients.
