Costa Blanca Advisors is an independent advisory firm in Alicante specialising in helping international buyers and investors navigate Spanish real estate. Our team has lived and worked on the Costa Blanca for years and combines legal, financial and renovation expertise under a single roof.
Our mission
The Spanish property market — for non-resident buyers — is often opaque, fragmented and tilted in favour of sellers and developers. Our mission is to provide truly independent, paid-by-the-buyer advice across the full property lifecycle: search, legal due diligence, mortgage brokerage, renovation, ongoing management and eventual exit.
Our credentials and partner network
We work hand in hand with collegiate professionals registered with the Spanish bar (ICAV — Bar Association of Alicante / ICAM — Bar Association of Madrid), notaries from the General Council of Notaries (notariado.org), banks regulated by the Bank of Spain (bde.es), and architects from the College of Architects of the Valencia Region (CTAA / CSCAE).

How we are different from the typical Spanish estate agent
The standard Spanish real estate brokerage model operates on dual-agency: the same firm represents both seller and buyer and collects commission from the seller. This creates structural conflicts of interest. Our model is different: we represent the buyer only, we are paid by the buyer at a fixed fee disclosed in writing before engagement, and we never accept payment from sellers, developers, banks or contractors we recommend.
